The Annual Meetings are the Bank Group’s most important event, attracting around 3,000 delegates and attendees yearly. The meetings allow the organization to take stock of progress with its shareholders. They also provide a unique forum for representatives of governments, businesses, civil society, think tanks, academia, and the media, to discuss key issues concerning Africa’s development.
The 57th Annual Meetings of the Board of Governors of the African Development Bank and the 48th Meetings of the Board of the African Development Fund, took place in Accra from the 23rd to the 27th of May 2022. As a corporate event, it required attention in terms of cleaning and maintenance. Event Cleaning GH was assigned to keep the venue clean and sanitized. The team was on hand to clean and remove litter including empty bottles, cans, and leftover food. Other services provided were trash and recycling removal, seat and upholstery cleaning, restroom maintenance and floor cleaning.
